What Is Arthur's Day?

Established in 2009 during our 250 year anniversary, Arthur Guinness Day is a series of events and celebrations taking place around the world to celebrate the life and legacy of Arthur Guinness and the brewing tradition which Arthur brought to the world.

The highlight of the Arthur Guinness Day celebrations will see people around the world raise a Guinness at 17.59 local time from 23rd September in a truly remarkable global toast which kick starts the celebrations.
