To create a business movement that will change mindsets and behaviours around disability. Kanchi works with decision-makers and leaders to promote the Disability Business Case through unique, innovation and effective business initiatives.

How is support from The Arthur Guinness Fund helping?

The Arthur Guinness Fund, with 12 founding partners, created, launched and piloted the first year of the Kanchi Network, the first membership network in Ireland for inclusive businesses. Arthur Guinness Fund funding has had a considerable impact in three key areas: providing of seed finance, enabling support from a company such as Diageo, and helping the Kanchi team skill-up to deliver its mission.
