Paul Wong

Paul Wong, who hails from Hong Kong, is a singer, songwriter, guitarist, music producer and actor who rose to stardom in the 1980s and 1990s as a member of the popular rock band “Beyond”. He joined the band in 1985 and together they released hits such as “Dai Dei” (Big Land) and "Glorious Years" (光輝歲月). Building on that success, Wong kick started his solo career with the support of a new band named “Hann” in 2001 and released the album “Yellow”. He has not stopped since, working on a number of albums over the years.

The multi-talented Wong is regarded as one of the finest guitar players in the region, with fans enjoying his playing technique and style especially during live performances. He is also a mentor to budding musicians, running a centre that provides guitar and drum workshop sessions to people from all walks of life.
