    Eligibility:

  1. Only persons aged 18 years and above are eligible to participate in this promotion.
  2. Subject to clause 1 above, this promotion is open to Singaporeans, permanent residents and holders of valid employment passes or work permits. Employees of Asia Pacific Breweries (Singapore) Pte Ltd ("APBS"), its associated agencies, advertising agencies, dealers, distributors, vendors, participating outlets, promoters and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this promotion.


    3. Agreement to rules and regulations:

  3. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing this promotion.


    4. Reservation of rights:

  4. APBS reserves the right at any time and in its absolute discretion to vary the terms and conditions (or any part thereof) and/or to terminate the promotion without prior notice or reason.
  5. All decisions made by APBS are final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
  6. All prizes are subject to stock availability and APBS reserves the right to cancel, change, substitute or remove the prizes at any time with or without notice to the participant.


    7. Consent to use participant's particulars for publicity purposes:

  7. By participating in this promotion, the participants agree to take part in any promotion or publicity exercise as may be conducted by APBS and the participants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally grant APBS all consents and waivers necessary for APBS to record and use the participants' performance, appearance, likeness, name, voice and/or particulars (as the case may be) in any manner as APBS shall in its sole discretion deem fit.
  8. The participants acknowledge that APBS shall be at liberty to publish and otherwise use any recordings made by APBS, including without limitation telephone recordings, audio recordings, visual recordings and photographs (if any), for the promotion and publicity of this promotion (whether now or in the future). Where permissible, each participant expressly waives all rights which the participant may acquire or have under the law (and any subsequent enactment or amendments thereto) and any other rights which the participant may have or be entitled to under the law.


    9. Limitation of liability:

  9. APBS accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss, injury, expense, delay or irregularity resulting from the participation in the promotion.
  10. APBS makes no product representation or warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims any and all liability, as to the condition, quality, merchantability or fitness for use of goods/products and/or services provided to the participant upon redemption of proofs of purchase. APBS will not be liable for any loss or injury suffered by the participants, their families or third parties as a result of use of the prizes and premiums. APBS shall not in any way be held responsible or liable for any aspect of the prizes and premiums.

    Contest details:

    • This Guinness Rise Together Great Nights Out SMS Contest (the "Contest") will run from 21st June 2010 to 16th July 2010 (the "Contest Period").


    11. Contest Mechanics:

  11. The Contest is open to listeners of the YES 933 and CLASS 95 radio stations.
  12. Each NRIC number is entitled to ONE SMS entry only. Subsequent SMS entries with the same NRIC number will be rejected.
  13. Entries are to be submitted via SMS to 77688.
  14. Please include your name and NRIC number in the following format: -

    • "1759<space>Name<space>NRIC" if you are YES 933 listener
    • "GUI<space>Name<space>NRIC" if you are CLASS 95 listener

  15. The cut-off timing for accepting SMS will be 2359 hrs on 16th July 2010.
  16. A notification SMS will be sent upon successful receipt of participation.
  17. Participation does not guarantee successful system receipt.
  18. Winners will be selected via an electronic draw to be conducted on 19th July 2010.
  19. Winners will be contacted via phone for confirmation of personal particulars and given details on prize collection. APBS will make reasonable efforts to contact winners and if a winner is not contactable, the prize shall be re-drawn or forfeited at APBS discretion.


    20. Prizes:

  20. There are a total of two cash prizes of $1,759 to be won. There will be one winner from the listeners of each radio station (YES 933 & CLASS 95).
  21. Identification matching the registration details must be produced at time of collection and APBS reserves the right to reject any winner who cannot produce the necessary identification.
  22. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate particulars and details.

  24. All prizes will need to be collected at the above stipulated address within 1 month of notification.
  25. All prizes not collected within the 1 month duration will be forfeited.
  26. APBS reserves the right to cancel, change, substitute or remove the prizes at any time with or without notice.
  27. The prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable for credit under any circumstances whatsoever.
  28. The prizes are not transferable.


    29. Other Terms:

  29. Without prejudice to any term herein, APBS disclaims liability in respect of the receipt of any SMS sent via and/or any delay arising from or in connection with any electronic system.
