To celebrate bravery in brewing this International Stout Day, we’re launching a feasibility study to investigate the viability of brewing a Guinness fit to be enjoyed in space.
We’re hosting a Future of Stout Summit, where guests will be treated to a range of sensory gastronomical experiences curated by internationally acclaimed chef, Jozef Youssef, and will hear from inspiring speakers, including Dr Norah Patten, the first Irish person set to travel into space, and ‘The Beer Goddess,’ Erin Peters.
To mark the occasion, we’ve launched a limited edition celebratory new stout, “Stoutosphere”, which combines Planet Earth’s favourite drinks; beer and coffee. Coarse ground coffee beans from Brazil and freshly roasted in Dublin are brewed with sweet chocolate malts for a creamy stout with great body that beer drinkers here on Earth will love.
The limited edition stout will be on tap at the Open Gate Brewery and the Guinness Storehouse from 1st November.
