The mother of all samosas, created to rival the classic veggie version!

Cheesy Beefy Samosas MAIN - Guinness

Minced beef is infused with Guinness Foreign Extra Stout and covered in cheese. The samosas are then deep fried and served with a nice tall glass of Guinness.

Ingredients

500 g Minced beef

113 g Grated cheddar cheese

150 g Spring onions, finely chopped

6 Cloves of garlic, minced

1 1/2 tbsp Tomato paste

120 ml Guinness stout

1 tbsp Black pepper

Samosa pastry (home made or store bought)

1 tbsp Coriander powder

Salt to taste

1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder

Vegetable oil for frying
