2 Red onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp Black pepper
2 Tomatoes, pureed
2 Carrots, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Finely chopped sage (optional)
1 Green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1 bottle Guinness Foreign Extra Stout
1⁄2 tsp Whole cumin seeds
Vegetable oil for frying
5 Cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1⁄2 tsp Cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
