Caribbean Ice Cream Float with Guinness Foreign Extra

Guinness Foreign Extra Stout is slowly poured over coconut ice cream, with an added touch of coconut rum.

Ingredients

1 bottle Guinness Foreign Extra Stout

4 scoops Coconut ice cream

4 shots shots of coconut rum

Chocolate shavings to garnish

Method

Divide the ice cream into two glasses.

Slowly pour the Guinness over the top of each, followed by the rum. The burger is all about building flavours and this will play a huge role.

Garnish with chocolate shavings.
