Ingredients

RIBS

2 Racks spare ribs (1.3lbs each)

6 tbsp Quality barbecue sauce + extra for dripping

MARINADE

4 Bottles GUINNESS EXTRA STOUT

1 tbsp Dried fennel seeds

1 tbsp Dried garlic granules

1 tbsp Light muscovado sugar

1 tsp Fine table salt

1 tbsp Smoked paprika

A pinch cayenne pepper

A pinch white pepper

½ tsp Ground cinnamon (optional)
