40 g Rolled oats
30 g All-Purpose Flour
150 g Demerara sugar
1 tbsp Lemon zest
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
110 g Toasted walnuts
145 g Unsalted Irish butter
2 Granny smith apples, cored and diced
2 Golden delicious apples, cored and diced
1 tbsp Corn-starch
3 tbsp Granulated sugar
1⁄2 tsp Kosher salt

CINNAMON SEA SALT WHIPPED CREAM
280 ml Heavy cream
50 g Granulated sugar
1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla bean paste
Couple pinches of sea salt
