Ingredients

Marinade

4 Drumsticks

5 Cloves of garlic, minced

2 tbsp Fresh rosemary (or 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary)

4 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Black pepper, Royco allspice and Shalimar tikka masala for seasoning

Sauce

1 Red onion, finely chopped

4 Cloves of garlic, finely chopped

235 g Ketchup

187 ml Guinness Foreign Extra Stout

3 tbsp Brown sugar

1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp Black pepper

Salt to taste

1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Fresh Coriander, chopped and lime wedges to serve
